We are looking for an experienced blockchain, RWA tokenization, Web3, mobile app, compliance, exchange listing and crypto marketing team to build and launch a complete real-world asset-backed cryptocurrency project.
This project is for a serious RWA gemstone-backed ERC-20 token issued by a Swiss project company and backed by certified precious gemstones. This is not a memecoin, not a basic token deployment and not a speculative token without physical backing.
The selected freelancer/agency must deliver a full turnkey solution covering smart contracts, website, investor portal, iOS/Android apps, USDT presale, KYC/AML, proof of reserves, redemption portal, white paper, exchange listing support, global marketing, documentation, source-code handover and support.
Please review the attached PDF for the complete detailed scope. The project will not be awarded to freelancers who do not confirm the full technical, marketing, documentation and handover requirements.
Core deliverables must include:

The token must be deployed as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum Mainnet. Binance Smart Chain/BEP-20 will not be accepted as the primary chain. Secondary chains/bridges may be optional additions only.
The developer must not retain ownership, private keys, wallet control, hidden permissions or admin control. The issuer must control all contracts, wallets, liquidity, domains, infrastructure, apps and accounts.
The USDT presale platform must allow approved investors to buy tokens using USDT ERC-20. It must include wallet connection, registration, KYC/AML, sanctions screening, jurisdiction restrictions, terms acceptance, purchase receipts, admin reports and compliance tracking by wallet, amount, token allocation, date, jurisdiction and KYC status.
The website, investor portal, iOS app and Android app must be fully functional and connected to the same ecosystem. The apps must support account access, wallet connection, token balance display, USDT purchase flow, KYC status, proof of reserves, redemption requests, notifications and support. TestFlight/App Store and Google Play/APK/AAB support is required.
The proof-of-reserves system must show issued tokens vs gemstone reserve, including public reserve summaries, private data room access, valuation/custody/insurance summaries, and redeemed/burned token tracking.
The redemption portal must allow eligible holders to redeem tokens against physical gemstones, subject to KYC/AML, sanctions screening, custody rules, minimum redemption rules and final project terms. It must include wallet connection, ownership verification, redemption calculation, admin approval, documents/signatures, custodian release instructions, token burn/reserve transfer, redemption history and cost calculation.
The freelancer must prepare an institutional white paper and investor package covering Swiss issuer structure, RWA gemstone-backed model, reserve, custody/insurance, tokenomics, ERC-20 architecture, USDT presale, TGE, DEX/CEX strategy, liquidity, proof of reserves, redemption, KYC/AML, sanctions, restrictions, risks, disclaimers, roadmap and use of funds. Materials must avoid misleading language, fake guarantees and unapproved financial promotion claims.
We need a real exchange listing and liquidity strategy, not vague promises. Include Uniswap TOKEN/USDT or TOKEN/USDC strategy, liquidity pool setup, liquidity recommendation, slippage strategy, liquidity lock/custody recommendation, DEXTools/DexScreener visibility, CoinMarketCap/CoinGecko support, CEX listing package, target CEX strategy, listing fee estimates, market maker recommendations and a 30/60/90/120-day roadmap. Do not claim guaranteed Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, Gate.io, MEXC or other CEX listing without proof of direct contractual capacity.
The global marketing campaign must target RWA investors, crypto buyers, gemstone buyers, family offices, OTC buyers, brokers, alternative asset investors and Web3 communities. It must include brand strategy, website/landing pages, investor funnel, lead capture, email campaigns, Telegram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, PR, link building, influencers, paid ads plan, AMAs, broker/OTC outreach, weekly reports, KPI dashboard and conversion tracking. No fake volume, followers, bot traffic, artificial engagement or misleading promotions.
In addition to the fixed project price, we intend to pay a separate monthly marketing retainer of USD 500/month for ongoing marketing support, for up to 24 months, subject to performance and continued need. This will be handled through separate monthly Freelancer milestones.
The USD 500 monthly retainer is not guaranteed for 24 months. We may continue it if services are useful, transparent and professionally delivered, or stop it any time if results, delivery or reporting are unsatisfactory or services are no longer needed. Each monthly milestone must include a work plan and end-of-month performance report before the next milestone is approved.
The monthly retainer is for ongoing marketing support only. It does not include CEX listing fees, liquidity, audit, KYC/AML provider fees, paid ads, influencer payments, PR fees, app-store fees, hosting or third-party costs unless agreed in writing. State exactly what is included for USD 500/month and what requires additional budget.
This project will not be complete unless the freelancer delivers full documentation/manuals allowing our company, internal IT team or replacement developer to manage, update, modify, redeploy and maintain the complete token ecosystem without depending on the original developer.
Required documentation includes: system architecture manual, smart contract technical/operations manuals, presale admin manual, website/investor portal manual, redemption manual, proof-of-reserves manual, iOS/Android development manuals, user manuals, backend/API documentation, database schema, DevOps/deployment manual, security/key-management manual, KYC/AML manual, exchange/listing manual, marketing/content handover manual, testing/QA reports, source-code handover package, training materials, recorded training and final handover checklist.
Manuals must explain how to update the website, backend, token settings, proof-of-reserves records, investor documents, KYC statuses, redemption requests, admin users, iOS/Android apps, APIs, environment variables, hosting, DNS, SSL, databases, backups, credentials and keys. Documentation must be editable and match the final system, not generic templates.
The proposal must respond point by point and include: background, relevant crypto/RWA projects, public links, smart contracts deployed, exchange listings achieved, exact technical/iOS/Android/marketing/documentation scope, architecture, timeline, milestones, budget, third-party costs, audit estimate, listing fees, market maker needs, KYC/AML provider, legal/compliance plan, team members, guarantees, items not guaranteed, support terms, USD 500 monthly marketing retainer scope and full handover process.
Important conditions: we will not accept simple token deployment only, cheap alternative blockchain replacing Ethereum Mainnet, hidden owner controls, backdoors, honeypot mechanics, fake volume, bots, artificial engagement, misleading marketing or unsupported guaranteed CEX claims. We require full source code, app source code, manuals, handover and issuer control over contracts, wallets, liquidity, domains, hosting, accounts, apps, infrastructure and materials.
Preferred timeline: 90 to 120 days, covering architecture, tokenomics, smart contract, website, presale platform, iOS/Android apps, proof of reserves, redemption portal, audit, testing, white paper, investor deck, exchange package, presale/DEX launch, CoinMarketCap/CoinGecko applications, PR, community launch, OTC/broker campaign, CEX applications and final handover.
Our objective is to build, document, launch, market, sell and position internationally a serious Swiss-issued RWA gemstone-backed ERC-20 token backed by real precious gemstones, redeemable against the stones, purchasable with USDT, supported by proof of reserves, audited smart contracts, website, iOS/Android apps, exchange strategy, global marketing and complete documentation.
