Hello again Michel . In this solution I've tried to maximize the area of the living room and upgrade the kitchen making it more functional. On the top floor, next to the stairs , it could be locate a toilet or a small area of storage. Please tell me what do you think of this solution. Best regards

Hi Ivan, this is the best design so far. My only improvement would be upstairs whether there can be a better use of space to make the master bedroom bigger and only have one bathroom upstairs. I am not sure of the solution. Many thanks, Michael
