Hello, Freelancers!

I am in the middle of writing a very detailed business proposition and I although I have done all of the income and expenditure calculations, I honestly have no clue how to VISUALISE them for more IMPACT on potential investors.

So, that is where you come in!

Please pair your knowledge and creativity with my data to produce something that will explain everything that needs explaining, in a visual way.

Please find attached a file - both in MSWord and PDF formats - that includes all of the numbers.

You will note that I have calculated three different income scenarios, and a "maximum" and "minimum" expenditure approximation. I know that this is complicated and I apologise in advance for this, but due to the nature of this being such a unique business, I really needed to run as many scenarios as possible within my business plan. Due to this, you may design multiple visualisations for the different results, or if you are super-creative and able to do so, create one that visualises them all at once!

Final note: Aim to create something that will look good if printed, rather than data to be edited/clicked-on.

Dear Ilisia, I don`t want to hurt you but doesn`t matter what you will show to the potential investors until you are using this calculations. The impact will be the same and they will have a lot of questions or in the worst case they will say no immediately . I have more than 10 years general manager experience in hospitality in Hungary and in UK. If you wish I can help you to make a great calculation with visualisation in excel to reach your goal to make good impression on the investors.

  Sealing costs £30 for me, in comparison to he 50p or £1 (I forget what the cost is precisely) charge for entrants who wish to seal their addition to the Contest, so I am afraid that I must decline this request; sorry.

Hi, I will be glad to help you, but I have a question why if your rent costs are 1000-2500 monthly, they increase to 15000-50000? shouldn't be 12000-30000??

  Do you mean the difference in price between monthly and annual? That is because the way the market is around here, property owners are renting either on a monthly or a pay-up-front yearly basis, both of which produce different numbers for different properties and different landlords. I did the research and it is weird and confusing, but there you have it - lol
