please design a modern house from the surrounding area image , house layout and the 4 inspiration photos.

the design should include elevation for north,south, east and west perspectives. Each floor can not be taller then 10 feet and shorter then 8 feet. The back wall faces the ocean so please consider that in your design.

I tried making description general to see the creativity people come up with. you are not bound by the current opening. Please focus on the external appearance of the house.
you must keep the general shape of the house. but sacrificing some floor plan for design is perfectly fine. you must and should be creative with opening sizes. CHANGE door opening, windows, add balconies if necessary.. the only think that must be preserved is the general layout of the floor plan. You must roughly stay 7 feet form the property line. There will be a pool in the backyard so design with that in mind

  115 - is jsut the top visual not really showing us much up front and back views. 117 was to rectangular - would off been nice to see changes in elevation. the from structure is not really function. the window dont add much look like they were just place there. the back was not bad but could of used a balcony or two. maybe ever one wrap around on the left side

i don't mind accepting another proposal and plan to work in the framework that freelancer platform provides. So if freelance would allow an additional proposal i would not disagree with them. I dont plan to orlas proposal will only be consider if freelancer allow a late submission. PErsonally I dont see an issue with it but cna understand the other point of view as well.

From what I can see and taking into account the good faith of Ola,s he apparently could not upload his proposal within the time stipulated by the contest, so I do not see any inconvenience that the proponent considers Ola's work. It's my point of view.
