I need to create a branded explainer brochure for our property management business Certainty Property. I have the text copy that I basically need positioned out so that it's presentable and easily readable with our brand colours. I also have a table in there that was created in excel that I need to make look presentable. I need it to be turned around within 12 hours. I've included another that's a similar just in terms of design that we would look for (different colours as we'd like our brand colours). I've included the link to our website as well which has our collateral for pictures that can be used.

1. What kind of brochure you want ? ( Single page, Bi-fold, Tri-fold)
2. Page size( Length x Width) and font size
3. Desired color scheme.
4. Will it be in Portrait mode or landscape mode.
5. And it would be better if you add "PDF" in file type

Hello There! We need to know more details about this ebook before I start. What page size do you prefer and it will be in landscape or portrait mode? Actually it is 7-8 pages ebook so it hardly figure out the contests rather than a bidding project.
