i need a 1 page (in pdf and .ai) letter head similar to the attached picture.

1. to upper left hand side should be placed the company logo.
2. to the upper right hand side should be the word : GLOBAL APPROCH TO DOING BUSINESS
3. to the footer should be text with a list of countries: United Kingdom, Irland, Belgium, Norway, FInland, Austria, Lithuania, Germany, Spain, Malta, Ukraine, Isreal, Turkey, Hong kong, China, Singapore, Panama, New York, Canada, New Zealand
4. any 3 small logos of your choice as on footer of sample letter head
5. All text should be in Black colour
6. in the attachment is the company logo in folder and also sample letter headed paper.

i need the final job in PDF format ready for use and 1x in .ai format for printing
