I have a current large house plan that has 6 living spaces, please attached design. These 6 living places will be occupied by members of the same family, however with the intent that each living space has its privacy for the subunit that will occupy the space.

The city has provided the following comments regarding the design, and we need to make amendments to meet this requirement;

Modifications should consider the following:

• Alteration of the form of the development to create further connectivity between each of the ‘segments’.
As currently presented, each segment of the development is connected to a maximum of two other segments and has no reliance on any other portion of the development.

• Alteration of the function of the development so that each ‘segment’ cannot be occupied independently of any other portion of the development.

We are flexible for changes to be made to achieve this outcome, this includes rearranging the orientation of the living space, or coming up with a new layout to the provides the 6 living spaces in a different arrangement, we are also open to the idea of having one large laundry and removing the laundries from each of the spaces. Attached some ideas.

When the main floor plan is updated all the associated plans must also be updated. Here is a PDF I can also provide the DWG.
