*** Update *** - no need to use the roof over the word DREAM. Also, the request is not for a DREAM DEVELOPERS logo. Read below instructions. Dont use any trees, plants, or roofs in the logo.

Need a logo created for my modern residential condominiums (apartment building) which we are creating in a Caribbean country near an old Sugar Mill plantation. The name for this project will be DREAM AT SUGARMILL.

My parent company name is DREAM DEVELOPERS, and all my condominiums names start with the word DREAM. So the DREAM part of the logo should always be same font and color. (you dont need to use the roof over the word DREAM)

I am attaching my logo for DREAM DEVELOPERS (my company) as well as DREAM 36 (My last project). So that you can make the DREAM part consistent.

This project "DREAM at Sugar Mill" I want the logo to show what the project is all about (modern, luxurious condos). Something really nice. Only requirement is the word DREAM should be same font and color as other logos. The rest is up to you to make it nice.
