"Anchorage Welcomes You"

Art deco style with an electric twist.
We are highlighting downtown Anchorage being open post shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic by extracting and highlighting the outlines and various angles of the local businesses.
We want the designs to have a vibrant and bright color palette. The font of the letters in design needs to be Art Deco font. The OPEN sign itself needs to be neon magenta like a traditional electric LED open sign.

I am attaching some concepts to base your design on my ideas.
- I would like to have an art deco yellow sun behind the "Anchorage Welcomes You" sign.
- The "Anchorage Welcomes You" needs to be Art deco font with gold letters to match the border
- Flowers in the flower bed below the "Anchorage Welcomes You" sign.
- I want a bright neon art deco style "OPEN" stretched as if it's laying over the green grass.
- I would also like to include an art deco border to frame the poster in gold the reference photo below
