Hi, I need you to design and implement a WordPress theme into my website WayoftheRich.com.

WayoftheRich.com is a blog/podcast about passive income education. The site is about educating people to think the way rich people think. The main purpose is to acquire financial freedom with Passive Income. Passive income is where you don't trade hours for dollars, but you get paid for the value you bring. Monthly cash flow is the main goal of passive income. Quitting your job and because you do not need to work for money is one of the main goals.

This site is for middle class people who want to quit their job and design their life how they want it to be if you didn't have to worry about their bills.

WordPress Theme Design
1. I have attached the logo for the site and the must be incorporated into the design well.
2. The site must be modern and inviting.
3. The font should be clean, simple, and easy to read. Include the domain name "WayoftheRich.com" Must be easy to read and distinguishable.
4. The design and artwork must be original and and have no copyright issues.
5. Even though the name has the word Rich in it, I don't want it to look fancy, flashy, gold, or opulent. No dollar signs, gold, or diamonds should be used. This is an educational site and is about the student learning, not the money.

Functionality of the site
1. Must have a static home page with the ability to place recent blog/podcast posts
2. Pages/Links would have Home, About, Blog, Start Here, Podcast, Ask Dustin, and Resources
3. Must have the ability for visitors to subscribe to the blog and future newsletters

Deliverable's must be installed onto the server and set up ready for launch. I want to be able to start posting blog/podcast entries as soon as the site is completed.

For all: Try to add a nice background color for the different sections to break up the page of all white. Alternate the sections with a colored sections and white sections. Play with the colors and give me some creative ideas to make the page more graphics appealing. Thanks!
