I'm looking for an animator to create 2 animations for the following video:

The first animation begins at 00:12 and ends at 00:17

This will need to show the home buying and financing process being united as one. Perhaps it could show a home, and then a dollar sign or the the word "mortgage" being molded together as one entity and into the promotional word " GOLD BUNDLE.".

The second animation begins at 00:28 and ends at 00:35

It will require some graphic text and images to illustrate the "Gold Bundle Package".

Closing costs credit up to $3,000 ($3,000 in BOLD font)
Reimbursement for appraisal up to $600 ($600 in BOLD font)

Total savings (Savings in bold font) of up to $3,600 ($3,600 in BOLD font)

Disclosure towards the bottom of page in smaller font:

Above example is on a sales price of $400,000 with a total buyer's agent credit of 30% from companies gross commission proceeds.
