We are looking for a flyer/poster design that we can hand out to potential residents to try and get them to reserve a spot. The actual building will be completed Spring 2018. The style should match that of the website located at www.220madisontampa.com

The MAIN call to action is to get them to go to the website and RESERVE a spot.

It should be formatted to be 24" wide and 36" high so that we can use it both as a flyer and a poster. Poster/flyer should have all our contact information. That information is on the website. http://www.220madisontampa.com/
