I already have the SKP file (see "SKP File"). You can change everything like textures to be like the images in "Concept or Color Scheme" Folder (but don't change the sizes and the location of doors and windows and the floor plan). If you’re up to the challenge I would like you to consider this project as your masterpiece. I want an entrance that will make visitors badly want to enter the house.

Idea/Themes:
Go beyond the usual, defy gravity as they say.
Incorporate BAMBOO, reclaimed lumber, glass & metal.
Incorporate Modern Japanese & Filipino architecture
Minimalist - see "Concept or Color Scheme" Folder
Self sustainable with the use of solar energy and clean gas ( future plans)
Design that can tolerate occasional high winds
Design that will blend with the natural landscape, no major excavation
Roof Design- Combination of Flat and Hip Roof

Notes:
Roof Material - Synthetic Thatch Roofing
See floor plan as reference for the instruction only (disregard the Windows placement in the floor plan - follow the SKP file)
Covered walkway and patio
Open Recreation (no walls) area but with roof
For the Entry - (in the side D) you can place a patio or whatever you do to have a WOW FACTOR for the entrance.
Side A - faces the beach
Side D - entrance

Deliverables:
Clean Sketchup Files with groups and components. (not Exploded SKP file)
