MY BRAND AND BUSINESS
I am going to be another one of those crazy people selling on Amazon.

I have not decided on the products yet as they are in the sourcing phase. However, I plan to eventually have a range of products that can contain anything from beach bags, to travel goods, to homeware.

I wish to communicate to a feeling of “stylish”. These products will be premium quality and something different/better than what is currently on the market.
My brand name is: SZIA

2. TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience will most likely be men and women over the age of 15. I wish to convey a “elegant” logo which will symbolise quality.

3. LOGO DESIGN AND COLOUR

This logo will only be used as a logo to affix to my product and its packaging. It will not be used for a website. Therefore, I believe that black and white are the obvious colour choices so that it can be affixed to a product or simply used on a label or packaging.
There can be an additional symbol as well. The logo must meet certain style and size criteria for Amazon (which will be discussed further)

For example, the logo may be required to be screen printed or applied (see Vina and Axios product box and screen printed product).
Sample ideas are on a separate pdf. It is more to illustrate how the logo will need to transform from being on a package as well as being on the product. I am totally open to what the logo will look like.

4. Amazon Brand Criteria and File Size:

I wish to register for Amazon’s Brand Registry. Therefore, the logo must adhere to Amazon’s criteria as follows at the bottom of the Logo Examples File.

The logo will have a size that is no greater than 8cm x 8cm (3-1/4” x 3-1/4”).
Apart from the usual file types (jpg, png and gif file types), may I please have one jpg file which has a size under 30MB.

For example, my black and white logo was requested to be provided with the reverse colours, ie provide the logo with the background in white, with black text and then the background in black with white text. I had to make several fie change requests. I did not mind that she called me 'sir' (with a name like Debra).”
