We are a husband and wife engineering consulting firm with over 15 years experience in the following:
electronics design
circuit boards
embedded code
microchips
etc.

We would like a logo that meets the following criteria:
-conveys the name of our business, "Simply Embedded"
-MUST be able to look good in black & white, large, small, etc. MUST be able to print well on office documents, not just look good on a screen

Additionally:
-grabs the eye, but is not too flashy
-prefer red color schemes but will entertain any ideas
-you are free to try to incorporate electrical engineering ideas into the logo (like traces on circuit boards, for example), but we're not necessarily looking for that idea (or we could do this ourselves!). just throwing out some ideas but we definitely do not want to limit your creativity or push you down a path you wouldn't have thought.

We are excited that there are so many talented folks out there! Eager to see what some great ideas look like...
