The brand name is 'Jobuss' this is an online job portal which gives auto job matching & learning opportunities for skill development.
We need a logo which shows some or all of the below elements while highlighting the 'J' for Jobuss.

IMPORTANT : Please use Adobe Illustrator to create logos for multiple purpose usage.

characteristics of elements which we will like to see are : (these are not tag lines but some description for designing elements)
1) One stop shop / complete solution for all.
2) Job Searching for professionals, auto job matching, hire the right staff.
3) Learning / Skill development.
4) Resume Builder
5) may be a tie / breif case / degree cap / certificate / resume
6) something that represents about job search or professional services for employment.
7) something representing networking & happy job seekers.
8) we want logo to be Icon + Font based.
9) Logo should look good on coloured & white background both.
8) Do not add Shadow & glossy effects.

Color Preference - We like to see use of more than 2-3 colours around blue with use of gradation. Colour used should vibrant and add definition to the logo.

Font : Non Cursive, something which is elegant with a touch of Bold (not on the face kind of bold ) and reflecting trust.

Hello Designers.. we are still not able to find a logo which can truely come any closer to the uniqueness of our brand.
Again we are looking something which :
1) shows 3-4 people working together,
2) Helping professionals and newcomers alike,
3) powerful search & automatic matching of Jobs
4) Reflects that this portal is hub/ center point / one stop shop for all job needs.

now we are getting very simple logos which we do not want.. we are looking for something which can artitisticaly combine all above points.
