Instrukce k soutěži

Design an advertisement for a magazine.

Advertisement must be 5 inches high and 3.9 inches wide.

Text for the advertisement, as well as logos to be used, are provided in the attachments.

Feel free to incorporate the safe picture into a design but it is not a requirement. You may use either one of the two logos depending on the design.

There are further instructions regarding how the advertisement should read in the attached files.

Our company provides commercial real estate services in New York City. Feel free to add New York City buildings to the design.

Please keep all designs original and do not post asking me to look at your design. I will look at each design and provide feedback.

Finished design should be rendered as a .jpg and .pdf file.

I am opening up a poll with my employees and we will be picking a design today. Let me say that there were a lot of great design but there are SO MANY to choose from. Do not be disappointed if you are not chosen as there are probably about 15 designs right now which I could go with but I don't need 15 designs! Many of you are extremely talented. Also, I will probably have more projects in the future so I hope you will check back. Thank you.

VERY IMPORTANT - Please make sure your design is the correct size and it is legible. If I purchase your design and later find it to be to wrong size, or the print is not legible, I will not leave a favorable review. Please withdraw your design if you feel it does not meet the instructions. Just because it is rated high does not mean you should keep it up. I appreciate your cooperation. Thank you.

Two things: 1. I am looking for original designs. If I reject your design without comment it means that it was not original or you failed to follow the instructions; 2. IMPORTANT - Before I award the winner I will take a screenshot of the design, shrink it to 5 x 3.9 and print it out. If I can't read it the design will be rejected. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DESIGN IS 5 X 3.9 INCHES AND THAT IT IS LEGIBLE WHEN PRINTED! Thank you.
