Hi I have a created a rough sketch of our logo and label that I need designed and digitized. See pictures attached. ***This company and phrase is an LLC corporation and trademarked and legally filed so keep this confidential. Thank you***

Do not bold "THE" and "CAP" Keep all letter proportion.

The logo and small label will be on apparel, may be embroidered or in a woven patch, and will be on social media and ink printed on advertising materials. As you can see on the attached sketches, the design format and proportion is simple yet sophisticated and bold.

We need it to be professional, balanced, and easy to read. The lines should be enough to see clearly but on the "light" side. We need help in finding the right font (free license) but feel free to find something similar and you can design to look better!

We need black and white inverted versions and a transparent background vectors AI file so we can adjust size and colors later. Also note the font(s) you used or tailored.

This is for a cross culture modern urban lifestyle and sure/skate brand.

Also, the attached picture "IMG_1700.jpg" with a lot of text "Thank you for purchasing...." is for our hangtag so please digitize it too with and without a border in black and white and vector w/ original AI file. The big "O" at the top is for reference where we will punch a hole. The dimensions of the borders should be 2.5" inches vertical and 1.5" horizontal. The font we want is VERDANA and should be around 9pt so still readable in a 2.5"x1.5" inch rectangle. And please do not put in the red underlines under "#onecaponecause" and "loveonourminds".

So this project is for a total of 3 images in black and white inverted versions (Main LOGO, Small Label, and hangtag). Also we need final files with transparent background in black and white versions. And the all without the rectangular versions too. Vector files and original AI Illustrator project file is needed for future. Thank you.
