We need a corporate identity created for a real estate office. The office will be called 'Town Residential'.

The job includes the design of logo, stationary and website.

* Coffee mug
* Management agreements template
* Email signature

The design is to be clean and modern. Following a clean theme focusing on whites.

The vision classy modern prestige, clean professional trustworthy, award winning.

Logo must have white background predominately black font, also want gold style colouring from folletco and the same or simlar grey and font as kayburton. Must follow the 'Town Residential' theme.
