English to German translation of a technical document

I have an English document with approximately 13000 words. It is a technical document (Installation of a room heater)
I need someone who can translate it into German accurately.
1) Translator who can do it quickly, accurately can bid.
2) Translator has to take care of document style, format as per the source file.
3) Repeated segments should not be invoiced.
4) Should have prior experience translating technical manual.

I need to finalize this in three days. Only serious, technically sound translators can bid.
To make sure you have read the requirements, type 'Spanish' in your comment. Good translator will get more project and long term association.
