Well thought out. I like the way you show the whole process plan. I want to add some thoughts and opinions about the menubar, userflow, and a few other topics. Let's discuss it later. Now, for the homepage, can you provide the logo? A logo is the mother of a page. Check the sites you've been given for inspiration.
