I am looking for an Illustration for my book. It will be an Kindle E-Book and Paperbook.

Here are details:

Title: Melior
Subtitle: Turog's Erbe
Author: K. Syzer

Description: Der Soldat Herold bewahrt ein Neugeborenes vor dem gleichen Schicksal wie dessen Volk, reist mit ihm in seine Heimat zurück und legt es vor einem Waisenhaus ab. Achtzehn Jahre später bestreitet der Junge Ketch den Pfad eines Kriegers, legt seine Unsicherheit ab und erkämpft sich eine Bestimmung. Wird er zum Erbe seines ausgerotteten Volkes?

Dimensions: 6" wide x 9" tall

Requirements:
An 18 year old boy (black hair, modern black clothes, red belt, sword on his back) has his back to us on the steps. The steps lead to a building gate which is white and modern. Above the gate is a heraldic shield with a silver turtle on it.
There are steps in the gate and plants that glow red hang from the ceiling.
Here I leave it to the artist: either just the gate or a large round building to the gate.
Above it is the starry sky with 2 moons. 1 moon is what we know, the other moon is smaller and shimmers more yellow.
The path leading to the gate can be an avenue with trees. If the drawing doesn't fit, we can make small hedges or something out of it.

Hierarchy:
Most prominent: appealing cover for teenagers and young adults
next most prominent: The cover should be drawn

Tone: fantasy, night, starry sky

Target audience: people age 14 to 30

    Hello everyone,

    I have the feeling that a lot of people are following the competition.
    My request to you would be: give me your opinion. Which drawings do you like and which would you find more appealing for a book cover?

    Thanks to all participants and artists. I hope that my criticism or rating will not hurt any feelings.

    And another hint: I need a book cover for a fantasy novel. Take a look at the best fantasy bestsellers and see what their covers look like. Of course, it's not just the cover that makes them bestsellers. My writing has to be good too :)

    And in the next 2 days I will ask friends and acquaintances about their favorites. Their opinion will have a huge impact on my decision. Therefore you shouldn't try to upload your drafts in the last few minutes of the contest.

    I uploaded "Example Inside Gate".
    Since many have problems designing the interior of the gate, I wanted to upload an example.
