I am a solo practitioner. I 63 years old and I have been the head lawyer for a number of large companies (AngloGold Ashanti, AngloGold North America, Viacom Outdoor, CBS Outdoor) and have led a startup from near bankruptcy to a 9 figure exit. I want to get away from the stodgy law firm look and have an image, starting with a logo that reflects high energy, a sophisticated to be trusted, hip lawyer able to guide small businesses through the legal maze of issues that confront them. I help underfunded, startups get their feet on the ground and guide them through the maze of legal issues they face. My current website has a lot of info about me (www.micsaklaw.com). I want to revamp it to make it more up to date, hip and engaging, reflecting the high energy I bring to my work, but that assignment will come after I get a great logo that I can use for my website, correspondence, email headers, etc.
