About Footway
Footway is a web-based platform for shoes that enables customers and manufacturers to meet. We want to make trends and collective knowledge visible to make the production of quality products even better. We believe the customers' values in quality, price and environment will be crucial for future products in fashion.

About the project
We are looking for freelancers to help us choose influencer collaborators. Every week we get emailed by many influencers who want to collaborate with us and we need help to go through them and decide which to say yes and which to say no to. This contest is a pilot project with the purpose of finding a couple of freelancers that can help up with this on a long term basis.

Instructions
1. Make a copy of this spread sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1azR28SXjlmr4C3DzrklX2Opq_3w4jBECO764LTfQqCY/edit?usp=sharing
2. Go through all the influencers instagram accounts and decide if you we should collaborate with them according to our criterias.
3. Fill in yes or no in column E. Our criteria for collaboration are the following:
- Great photos! Check our Instagram to see which photos we like to re-post: https://www.instagram.com/footway/
- Have at least 1 000 followers
- An average engagement rate (likes/followers) of at least 0,5%
- We want their channel to feel genuine, and not just used for collaborations with companies
- We don’t want any influencers that post non-politically correct for example racist, homophobic, or sexist content. We also don’t want any influencers who use their channel for political or ideological purposes. No nudity.
4.Fill in why you said yes or no in column G.
5. When you have gone through all the influencers, upload a copy of your sheet as your contest entry.

Follow instructions
Make sure you follow instructions closely. Read them again now. And once more after. Do not start working before you have a clear understanding for the guidelines. We will reject any entry that does not follow instructions. We also reject any entries telling us you're working on the project. For long term collaboration we highly value the ability to follow instructions.

Feedback
We have very limited capacity to answer questions or give individual feedback during the project, instead we will give collective feedback - this will then hopefully help you get a better understanding of what we are looking for.
