Congrats PegSolutions! Although it's strange there's a winner when the contest is still running for a day and we can still submit designs? Maybe the contest holder clicked wrong and accidentally clicked PegSolutions as the winner? (same happened on the McLaren Marine logo contest).

There is no voting system for the contests. The stars are a rating system for the client (Contest Holder), which informs the contest submitters how close their design is to what the client is requesting.
