Logo Design Brief
1. Who we are and what we do
Eurocom is a supplier of office multifunctionals, production printing devices and large format plotters, as well as print fleet management services. We only deal with business customers - companies with min. 50 employees, multiple locations, active in sectors such as healthcare, utilities, architecture, etc.

2. The Scope of the Project
We have developed our own managed print services programme, called OPTIM (which actually means OPTIMUM) and we need to design a logo for this. OPTIM is the acronym of the programme’s steps :
Step 1: Observe – we investigate the potential customers’ current print infrastructure and gather some key usage indicators
Step 2: Propose – we analyse the data we have gathered at the previous step and draw a proposal meant to optimize the hardware infrastructure and the workflow processes.
Step 3: Test – we will provide the potential customer with our latest hardware so he can experience himself the latest in the world of printing.
Step 4: Implement - we can now start implementing based on our customer’s requirements. This is more than delivering a box and running the set-up of a software solution.
Step 5: Manage – for us managing our customer’s fleet means a lot more than providing technical service. Eurocom is offering the following services: toner replenishment, service alert management, pro-active fleet management.

3. Our Audience
Business customers - companies with min. 50 employees, multiple locations, active in sectors such as healthcare, utilities, architecture, etc.

4. Design Preferences

Therefore the logo you propose for this programme should be inline with the design of this brochure – in terms of colour gamut, styles, lines, etc.
