We are wanting to take our proposal to the next level. Our proposal outlines our specific job duties. We are wanting to only update the look, format, design, style, etc. We do not want to change any of the wording or verbiage. We are truly hoping to find a talented freelancer who can take our proposal and make it professional, modern, pretty, and more stylish.

Couple of key points:
-Our logo must remain on the document, preferably at the top.
-Our company colors in Microsoft Word are: #E3F2F3, #326F72, #272727, #FAFAFA, #FFFFFF, & #181818
-The red items we want to remain red, as they are marking the items that we need to edit/change for specific companies that we are sending the proposal to. But if you would like to change the color to match your design, it is fine as we can change it to red on our end after the fact.
-The "Thank you" at the bottom of the proposal is simply a downloadable image. We would love to have actual text instead, or maybe a better designed image.
-We want to have our website url at the bottom of our proposal, but the format/style/look can change.
-The pictures under "[Company Name]" can be changed/upgraded as they are just downloaded images as well. If you like the idea of having images on your design, they must be accounting/bookkeeping related images, professional, and clean. Your design does not have to have images like this, it was just what we did as a first draft.
-We will be converting the Word document to a PDF, so please make sure your formats will not be messed up when converting from word to pdf.
-We want the proposal to remain in Word, so that we can make edits if and when necessary (i.e. pricing could change, company name can change, job duties might have to be moved around in the packages, etc.).
