Full disclosure: This is a personal/fun project so I don't have a ton of money to spend on it.

I run a golf league and send out weekly results via MailChimp. My e-mails are simply black text on a white background. I would like something a lot more professional.

The sections of content for the e-mail layout include:
* Scores (i.e. Leaderboard)
* Hole Prize Winners (List of three)
* Skins Game Winners (Varies but also a list)
* Eagle Pool Winners (Same as above)
* Money List (Also the same as above)

Everything above is literally a list of names and prizes/dollar amounts. I can send anyone who is interested an example of one of my more recent eblasts for reference.

In addition to the above, I'd also like to take this opportunity to add a few other pieces of content to the layout including ...
* Photo(s) - incorporate room for one or two photos
* Ad - not actually paid advertising but something I'll find and drop in from somewhere else to create the illusion that we have advertisers/sponsors (think banner ad)
* Cumulative Leaderboard and Money List (the bullet points above are weekly winners, this would be sections in addition to that are cumulative - I'm thinking Top 5 for each with a all to action button that links to our web site

The web site is as bland as my e-mails but you can see it at http://www.loutour.com/

I doubt I can afford it now but next phase would be to redesign the web site so it, too, looks more professional.

Oh, we have a logo. I'll attach it below. No surprise, it's black and white. :)

To summarize - the deliverable is just an eblast design template. I can produce it in MailChimp but if you want to, feel free to quote production as well.

My design sensibilities lean towards the use of photography, backgrounds, color (just not a rainbow). That makes production harder on my end (particularly the use of background images) but I'm willing to deal with that. I plan on using the template from this project for several years at least.
