  If somebody read description and saw the attached files, first thing to mention was that main color of my styles is BLUE

  for me its no problem to raise prise or just hire qualified person to help me with my project. its my first time using freelancer. But all I've seen for this moment just photos of some samples of designs which were downloaded from any free resources from internet. I could find this stuff like in 1 minute. And nobody even looked through files I've attached and description. If you are qualified specialist I can hire you and we can work, but I need to be sure in your qualification and at least something , that you've looked through my task and capable of doing it, not just sending me free samples from the Internet

  MainTab_with_products.png - this is main page I want you to design, it must contain logo and info about E-Shop (actually it is restaurant). This page must contain left sidemenu and header with breadcrumbs. And you should draw your design inside. This page containt TAB MENU (PRODUCTS, NEWS, GALLERY), when you press this tabs new content opens, and I need this content also to be designed.
