i need someone to draw full body cartoon for an actor who will play Rapunzel Princess character in a play

i need the cartoon to look like the real actor but in a beautiful way it has to be looks like the princess in the dinsye movie in terms of drawing quality but when anyone see it they can relate it to the actor in the photos

so please draw me a cartoon princess with long gold hair but the face looks like the actor

attached is a try drawing from an cartoonist but he failed to do the job

Also attached the dress photo with it's colors please use it

    I illustrated mine from scratch and didn't even receive a rating. Seems rood to not even go over all of the applicants submissions. People who submitted clip art with a face tacked on got a rating...
