About the website: QuizMeNot is a site for students to upload their homework for everyone to see. It's like Wikipedia for schoolwork.

This current splash screen (see below) is the landing page for my website QuizMeNot (https://quizmenot.com). I'm pretty happy with it, but I think the placement of the text is a bit off, and the font doesn't look that great either. I would like a tweaked version of this page, or even a complete redesign if you see fit. It's completely up to you. The only real constraints are that it should be a responsive design (work well on mobile and desktop) and the background color should be #f8f8fa.

Here are the UI libraries I can use in my project:
1) Semantic UI (https://semantic-ui.com/elements/header.html)
2) Angular Material (https://material.angular.io/components/button/overview)
