### **WHO are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced designer ready to design a website for one of our clients.

We need someone highly-passionate, with great awareness about today’s design industry and
attention to detail.

For the purpose of this contest, we require only the design of the HOMEPAGE. The winner of the contest will be asked to design the remaining webpages.

### **WHAT are we looking for?**

We need the design of a website of "a company that offers services about the construction of commercial and domestic buildings" . The main purpose of the website is to acquire contact information from the customers.
This is a company that help people with **their construction projects**, so the website **have to reflects this important aspect**.

The company name is: **FM'ILY CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LTD**

We would describe the desired design as: **simple and modern**.
The core brand values are seriouseness, passionately, quality, clarity, honesty and friendly, and we would like the design to reflect this.

The main colours of the website have to be:
#13544C
#EFE8D8
**USE THIS TWO SPECIFIC AS THE MAIN COLOURS OF THE WEBSITE!**

We need a custom-made design, we are not looking for a pre-made template.

The website will contain 2 pages:
- HomePage
- Contact Page

The website’s target audience is: people who are searching for building constructors, build designers, refurbishment, repairs and maintenance.

We do not intend to copy the designs of our competitors, but we address the same audience as
our competitors and you might build up some insight into valuable patterns.

Please follow / use the provided assets:
- **WIREFRAME in attachment made in Adobe XD**
- As background of the above the fold, will be inserted this video:

- Also you have to use photos in attachment. There is an owner picture and the logo that have to be used, and another 2 picture to use or take as example.
- **you may use watermarked photos from freepik.com, we have a premium account; keep a record of the links for handoff after the completion of the design.**
- Pay attention! Create the design respecting the levels, you can follow the WIREFRAME. As you will notice, each element is grouped together to create the components and each group is arranged in sections.

**Important requirements**
- It is important to us to have a thoughfully- designed website, please pay special attention to
imagery, typography and colours.
- We require you to design across breakpoints. The responsiveness of the design is essential in order to get final approval.
- We require you to use Adobe XD.
- We aim to award the best designer and assign him the design of all the mentioned pages

**Deliverables**
These are the deliverables the awarded designer will have to provide

1. 1 x ‘.xd’ file - containing the responsive design of the homepage
2. 1 x ‘.txt’ file - containig links of any stock imagery used in the design
3. * x fonts files - fonts file used
4. 1 x ‘.zip’ file - containing any other used assets such as icons, images, fonts, etc..
5. 1 x ‘.txt’ file - containing explanations that the developers could find useful (if the case)
