Hill Impact is an ethical company that values the creative process but above all we value integrity. We are new to Freelancer so we appreciate your patience as we figure it out. One thing is for certain: we will NOT use stolen material, nor will we tolerate negative comments made toward other contestants. If you engage in negative behavior we will NOT work with you -- period. We are extending the period and want a complete video -- we will NOT accept concepts -- we are looking for something complete (only needing edits).

Hill Impact is a communications (public relations), public affairs and government relations firm located in Washington DC. Our clients are organizations and individuals who want to make an impact in the USA. Below represents the story we want to tell with this video, please feel free to ask questions.

Audience: prospective clients (for use on VIMEO, YouTube & http://hillimpact.com) -- viewers are mostly executives.

Duration: 60 - 120 seconds

Style: animation or video -- music/narration/images.

Below represents an outline; if you have a creative concept that steps away from this outline, we might love it -- we are open to your ideas.

I understand you don't want to rank partial videos however, are you open to guiding style on partial videos. We'd love to participate but as a matter of standard design process it would be highly unusual to design the entire video from start to finish without the client getting involved. The outcome will be far better from a client willing to offer feedback.
