Hi Team, we are looking at building a simple (for the people in the know) a program for our new business called Music Bingo. Put simple it is bingo but using songs. What we need designed is a 5x5 bingo card (would be great if we could change it to 3x10(but just an idea). This needs to put 75 songs so 15 songs per line downwards. So 15 songs in line B, then 15 songs in line I, then 15 songs in line N etc...All the normal things we can edit like Title, optional using the middle square as advertising or free box, able to generate x amount of music bingo cards per 75 songs (atleast 100) and these sheets can have a ticket number generated from 001 - 999 (as a sample), be able to change background colour so music bingo sheet is one layer with a background colour changeable, Use our logo on top of sheet, please I encourage other thoughts or ideas added as it is simple but I need it done right. So to put it simple I should drap 75 songs on a USB and then the program random pick 15 songs of the same per vertical line so we can generate sheets. The bonus would be if all 75 songs can be input on a separate screen to place on the inhouse TV so when the songs come up they get highlighted ( so maybe the 5 lines of songs vertically and when they are played they get highlighted)....any questions please ask........

I read some of your comments and I want to be sure that I understand your requirements. The program will generate the 15 vertical songs in order B, I, N, G, O and then using that it will then again generate 5x5 bingo grid which will be printed and given to the customers, then the 15 vertical songs grid will be shown in a screen in the venue, am I getting this properly?

This sheet that has 75 songs listed is how the MusicBingo sheets gets generated by 15 songs under B, then a different 15 songs under I, then 15 different songs under N etc..for G & O....

I have updated 2 more files as an example for you guys to look at....First file is a Gameshow sheet for MusicBingo filled out with a few sample songs and then the next sheet is how it should be displayed in the venue/club so customers can so what songs have been played by them getting highlighted

I would like the Gameshow Sheet on display on a screen so all 75 songs are listed (eg line B has 15 songs listed below B then Line I would have 15 songs listed below I etc...) this gets displayed on a TV or large screen in the venue and when the song gets played it highlights (unsure if this can be done but that is what I would like) so similar to regular bingo when number 23 gets called it is highlighted on the display screen so same when my song gets played it gets highlighted on screen in venue

I should have a heading Title (eg Country Music or 80's Rock or Love Songs) on top of gameshow sheet with Oz Ent logo...also a generated number counter eg... 001 .... 002....003...059 etc...The reason why I need 15 different songs per vertical line is so I do not get the same song on a sheet and there is some control..

It is designed similar to a Bingo game but I am using songs...so I need a program that I can insert 15 songs per line eg B...I...N...G...O so B would have 15 songs then line I 15 different songs then line N 15 different songs etc... these then get generated on a 5x5 Gameshow Music Bingo sheet for customers so I can print 100 sheets(if required) and no sheet would have the exact same songs on

Hi, please ignore or reject the people posting graphic designs.
Could you specify more clearly what the software will do? A flow chart would be immensly helpful to any programmer.
Apart from that, from what I understand:

- You drop 75 songs into a USB.
- The program now picks 15 songs randomly (confusion here: "program random pick 15 songs of the same per vertical line so we can generate sheets". What was meant by 15 songs of the same per vertical line?)
- I have more confusion that's difficult to ask here. But one more question, is the final output a 5x5 bingo card (or large sheet as there's 15 lines in each cell) that gets printed physically using a printer?
If you could please provide a flowchart, I think it would help everyone (that's not posting logos) immensly.

Thanks Kevin for your questions.... Music Bingo cards for customers we will print on paper that is why I need to generate up to atleast 100 which the bingo program you designers will design. I need to put songs in and then program will generate 15 songs randomly for first line (but only picking 5 per sheet per line) ... What I would like is a screen to show on big screen in club/venue with all the songs listed per line so 5 lines each with 15 songs in that then get highlighted when played (we normally play 30-45 secs per song and then skip to next song) As for a administration screen it should be just screen viewed by venue screen/TV.... I hope this clears up alot for you guys as I am super keen for this to work.....I need somehow to run a demo of your program or atleast show screen shots of it working.....Ta Brett

Hello Contest Holder. I would like to contribute to this contest, I have some doubts:
- Can cards be displayed only digitally on devices? or print? (It is important to know whether to generate reports or not)
- The bingo patterns applied?
- The music playback time.
- Alerts when a new music is shown (I think you have to change them manually)
- Will there be an administration screen and screen to show?

Later doubts may arise.
