When using layers different elements get skewed when the screen resolution changes. I have read that the best remedy for this is CSS. I don’t know how to do this and would like some help with this or whatever needs to be done to solve the problem. The reason I used layers to begin with is because I felt I had a few boundaries with the template I am using. I wanted to add a left side navigation in a certain spot so I was able to do that with the layer.
