My project is to create an Employment Agreement contract that requires a digital copy. I need help drafting the whole contract and so far I have not been able to figure out the right language to include. I understand the concept of the agreement and know the basic requirements, but I need assistance in facilitating a contract with correct legal terminology that both parties can sign-off on.
