Hello, I have a new Smartermail email server loaded on Windows standard 2019. I'm unable to get SSL/TLS secure connections to work on ports 993, 465, and 587 to work. I've installed SSLs and made sure the ports are open, however, when you reboot the server the ports then show closed even though in Windows defender the rules still show the ports open. This project requires Smartermail experience and is marked urgent!

I am looking for someone with a thorough understanding of mail servers, mail delivery and record settings for the following reason: We have our domain hosted with Siteground, which also hosts our website and our DNS settings. We have our mail / calendars hosted with Exabytes (see their business email offering on their website) which is actually running the Smartermail software. We have most of the mail running but there are a few domains that are not receiving mail.
