We have a wordpress site using Learndash LMS ther are 15000 users - very few concurrent users though. The programmers are correct technically that the issue is on the firewall or the server. We explained why it happens in ticket 16160839272144 where we mentioned that this is how Sucuri firewall that works on nginx process such data. And in order for it to be correctly played a specific header needs to be added. As I mentioned it's present only partially and that's why the issue is still there.
