Windows 8 has a flyout control implemented in Javascript through the WinJS library. You can see what the flyout control looks like here As you can see, it looks a certain way and it does a slight animation. The windows 8 one does not work in a webpage - I need a very lightweight control implemented that looks and behaves the same. This is not very difficult, and you can take a look at the WinJS code to figure out how to do it. This should not be very hard - I do not expect to pay too much for this.
