I have an old website that needs to be upgraded from PHP5 to the current version 8.1. It is an app that has many users that can log in and create/bid on job contracts. The tool we built for them took as input a formatted GIF image, ran it against a palette file and outputted an XLS file for their assemblers to use a guide to create the artwork.
