I need help fixing a couple of correlations tables in R as part of a project I'm working on for school. Some of the correlations are wonky (for example, "led a class project" had a -0.33 correlation with "current salary" for MA graduates, which seems odd), so I was told to check for outliers and adjust any that are heavily skewing the data by moving them in two standard deviations. I figured out how to make scatterplots to see the outliers, but I'm not sure how to adjust those outliers. I also need to check each correlation for statistical significance so I can mark them in my table. I've spent some time in R, but I'm not much of a stats person or a coding person, so this has been a great source of frustration. I'm attaching the dataset for...
