Hello, my name is Hermann, I am a scientist and software developer. Among the games I created in the past is a number of puzzlers on a board-game like gried, and a prototypical implementation of the Norwegian hnefatafl. In general the hard part implementing a board game is not the user-facing stuff like controls, graphics, sounds etc., but the translation and enforcement of the playing rules, so based on the complexity of the game we can discuss about a lower price (of need to discuss a higher price... ;-) ). I can offer you to create a board game of your choice as a Cordova project, so the source code can be compiled as Android or Windows Mobile project (or iOS, when we're at it) without any changes required, with the option to do modifications until end of november and free bug-fixing support for quite a long time.
