build app to take data from Sales apps

I have gone through the details. I have some questions. 1- If there are different sales system , whether the database structure for all the sales programs remain the same or it has different structure ? 2- I have to check the db structure as for every client there must be some unique client id so that we could make composite keys in the online (server) database E.g. branchId + table primary key id. 3-Looking forward for teamviewer details

Hi, It looks like that you need a middle ware application which installs on client machine. Then fetch the data from client sales app and upload it to the online database? Can you explain more about the client sales app? Usually third party applications provide the api to get the data, and that's the best way of doing it. We don't fetch the data directly from the database due to data integrity problems. Are there many different sales app or there is only one? Thanks, Arbab

Hey, i'm negotiable. I have experience with a lot of relational databases, database servers and other data containers. This include interbase, firebird, mysql, mssql, microsoft jet (acces), dbf, xml, json, cvs, excel data, or maybe others i forgot to mention. However this doesn't mean that i will be able to help you. What i can say fr surely is that if your databases are one of these, then probably i can do it :) Of course there can be other limitations, like for ex when the client data cannot be converted into the needed server data format, but i think it's not the case taking into account that your server database is under development too. This project sounds quite easy without first looking at the software and databases. However, it would be much easier than teamviewer if you can send the software and databases, but me and TeamViewer are old friends anyway, so that is not a bit problem. The actual modification of software and or database will be a walk in the park for someone of my over 15 years experience.

Idea is use web services, so win app will send / synch data with website using web service on it
