I have 4+ years working as a call center rep in both a local Government-operated call center in the transportation sector and a full functioning Call center as a call center rep in the capacity of a customer service inbound and outbound technician on accounts, such as Dell, Xerox, and Amazon-based account and a couple of one-off accounts. Over the course of that time some of my duties and core functionalities included, but certainly were not limited to, a wide range of emailing, data entry, ecommerce, customer service, technical & email technical support, in/outbound phone handling, software management, up-selling and a host of other duties and assignments that contributed to the business operations of both a office and professional environment.
