Design a Website Mockup - Real estate

I need a full website design for someone in the architectural / design / real estate business. The design needs to be clean and simple, with a little touch or “artsy”.
The project will be made in different steps. The first one will be to design 2 different visual mockups for the main page. One of the two will be chosen, and a maximum two series of modifications on the chosen one will be made (if necessary).
From there, we will need the visual produced for the other pages:
• Project list (mosaic of pictures of different project)
• Project details (pictures + text)
• About us
• Contact us

I only need the design (Photoshop files). We already have developers taking care of the CSS and intergration.
