Java Dynamic Control Layout Configurator to Save INI Config Files

I am looking for a Java application designer that can create a Dynamic Configuration application that reads in a XML layout of about 10-30 controls on it and places those controls within tabs on a main dialog - and when the user is done selecting options on it, it will save the options to a Windows INI File. This is relatively a simple app - Read in XML layout, add the controls, read in INI File (if there), populate control values, allow user to save, save control values to INI File. Basic controls will be a Checkbox,DropDown ComboBox,Slider,Color Picker. The Application will first check the windows registry for a INI file Location so it can load in a standard INI file and populate the controls accordinly. If no registry entry is set, then it will allow the user to load/save by providing a file dialog box. On save - it will also write the directory name into the registry so the next run, it will auto populate it. If possible I want custom GUI controls, the standard controls are pretty ugly, but not necessary - please let me know if you can do this - The Prettier you make it the better :) Each Layout XML will be contained inside the jar, along with the background images. I fully intend on making this a jlnp and having it code signed, but for testing purposes we will work on just executing locally so we are not tied to sandbox rules. I also have an example EXE that does some of this, I can give it as an example. The XML file will contain the labels and layout of the Configuration Tab Panes. The Java App will have a Main Background image supplied by the XML file. Possible layout controls: 1) Check Box 2) Slider (Min/Max/Step) 3) Dropdown Combo Box (with Default setting) 4) Color Picker DropDown Combo Box or Equiv (16 basic color combos) (can be any color picker you wish) Please see the attached files for examples of the XML and INI files. They are off the top of my head, and you can expand/change them as you see fit.. The OutPut INI file MUST BE INI file format. As for INI Color values, I am not sure how to proceede there, it could be a RGB value, Hex Value,string name such as "RED" or even an INT value.
