Magento 2 shop fixes

There are some problems with my client's Magento 2 shop. The site has an adult content so please only make an offer if it's not a problem for you. It's kind of urgent so the deadline is max. 2 days.
1. In the product page there is an attribute named "Hints and Instructions". It should be under the other detail fields.
2. The "Piercing" product attribute should be a drop down like the "Color" named whitch is a choice for the customers.
3. The paypal reciept that the customer recieve doesn't contain the name and the SKU of product.
4. The product prices doesn't refreshed when my client is change them from the backend. It should be change immediately also on the frontend after the cache refresh.
