Custom Email Script

I want an email script that could be implemented in a website and would allow visitors to email and send attachments if necessary. The script should be similar to what many other websites use however I want mine to be a little unique. So don't send me an exact copy of what somebody else has. You will need to make some changes at the very least.

Details:

1. Email form needs to have an optional attachment section where somebody could send files if they want. There needs to be a file size limit that I can change. There also needs to be a filter that will not allow certain harmful file types such as .exe. There should also be a feature that would allow the visitor to attach another file if needed. Or even more files if needed. The default should be 1 file though.

2. There needs to be a field that needs the visitors email address. There also needs to be a field that the visitor would use to confirm their email address. This will help prevent mistyped email addresses. Both these email fields are required to be filled out by the visitor.

3. There needs to be a random captcha section. It should change randomly with every page load or attempt. This will ensure that it is a human sending an email. This is a required field.

4. There needs to be name section that the visitor fill out to say their name. This is a required field.

5. There needs to be a "Message" section. This would be filled out by the visitor so they can say whatever it is they want to say. There should be a way to limit the amount of words with this field also. This field is required.

6. I would like the IP address of the submitter to be recorded and sent to me along with the email. If possible, I would like it to be attached as a separate text file. I do not know if this is even possible. I just dont want the visitor to know their IP is being recorded. And I do not want the IP address to be included in the email. Please let me know if a solution to this can be made.

7. If any required fields are missing then an error message should appear. If the emails or captcha do not match then an error also needs to display for each of these.

8. I would like a screen to display after the email is sent successfully that will show the visitor what they sent using the form. So it should show the files (if any) and the email message that was successfully sent.

9. I would like this script to work on all browsers or as many as possible. So I would prefer that this be done in php since some people will not have Javascript enabled.
