looking for Custom plugin for Joomla extension

I am looking for someone to write me a custom plugin for an existing Joomla extension. I need to be able to take this plugin and install it on top of this existing extension on numerous websites which means it needs to be extensible. It also needs to be Joomla 3 compatible. The extension I need this plugin for is called "JoomISP" . JoomISP currently allows users to offer services such has web-hosting, server rental, voip. JoomISP also supports automatic creation of webhosting accounts via plugins for the given control panels (ie: "cpanel" or "plesk"). Unfortunatly it does not currently support that feature for "Webmin/Virtualmin" which is the control panel I use. What I need is a custom plugin built to work with "JoomISP" and "Virtualmin/Webmin" that allows me the feature of Automatic account/ Automatic Joomla account creation and an automatic email generated with all necessary information forwarded to customer and administrator. My budget is limited so I am looking for someone who is confident they can complete the task to its highest potential while offering a good price. Thanks, Coty
