Simplified Video Call User Interface

We work with seniors in a convalescent and assisted-living environment. We are looking for a simple GUI Video Calling application...something like SKYPE but super friendly....Would like it delivered on Windows or possibly Linux via touch screen tablet or pc...

We need it designed to support multiple users (at this time). We would need individual users (contact lists) displayed on either voice, face or Finger-Print recognition.

There are a few other features we would like to incorporate but I think if you could give us an idea of cost to develop and test to this point it would be a good start.

Features:

Touch screen operations

Face, Voice or Finger-Print recognition to access private contact list
